How to use

1 The first time you use the watch, please turn button clockwise 20-25 times, then shake the watch, the watch starts. Please do not turn the button counter-clockwise twist, or spring damaged.

3 Always wear a watch or Every morning, evening turn clockwise the button 20-25 times to ensure continued momentum chronograph watches.
